VCU short-term programs abroad
VCU Education Abroad is conducting a mandatory pre-departure orientation for all students participating in the summer 2012 faculty-led programs. Students must attend at least one of the pre-departure orientations that will be held on Wednesday May 2 (10am-12 noon) or Thursday May 3 (2pm-4pm) in the University Student Commons Theater. We will discuss the refund policy, course registration, financial aid, billing, health & safety, passport & visas, disciplinary & academic issues, communication, packing, and other travel related matters.
