Quest Global Impact Awards

Information Sessions

The Global Education Office will hold information sessions for the Quest Global Impact Awards. Prospective applicants will have the opportunity to ask questions about the application and the review process, and to discuss their proposal ideas to ensure alignment with the university’s goals as expressed in the VCU Quest for Distinction.

The dates and locations for these information sessions are: 

  • Departmental Study Abroad Information Sessions:
    • Monroe Park Campus, Student Commons, Alumni Association Board Rm.
      Monday, Nov. 4, 10 a.m. – 11 a.m.

    • MCV Campus, Larrick Student Center, Court End B
      Tuesday, Nov. 5, 1 p.m. – 2 p.m.

  • Virtual Global Classroom Information Sessions:
    • Monroe Park Campus, Student Commons, Alumni Association Board Rm.
      Wednesday, Nov. 6, 11 a.m. – noon

    • MCV Campus, Larrick Student Center, Jackson Ward Conference Rm.
      Friday, Nov. 8, 1 p.m. – 2 p.m.

  • General Information Sessions:
    • Monroe Park Campus, Student Commons, Virginia A-B
      Wednesday, Nov. 13, 11 a.m. – noon

    • MCV Campus, Larrick Student Center, Court End B
      Friday, Nov. 15, 1 p.m. – 2 p.m.

Completed proposals must be received by the Global Education Office by 4:30PM on Monday, January 13, 2014. Global Visiting Scholar proposals are due by 4:30PM on Monday, March 10, 2014. Awards will be announced by Monday, February 3, 2014.
