When I started studying in the English language program, I didn’t speak English at all. With time and great instructors, I learned my English very quickly by practicing English in the community, with students at the university, and the activities that the ELP holds for their students to improve their learning of the language.

Now I see myself as a native speaker. The ELP helped me to achieve my goals. My first goal was to graduate from Virginia Commonwealth University with a Bachelor’s in Information Systems.

Also, I worked in the United States for almost a year. This opportunity doesn’t happen to a lot of International Students in the US. Another opportunity I got was when I returned home to Saudi Arabia, I was accepted into the SAP Young Professionals Program to be a SAP consulting. That was such a big opportunity for me and for my future career.
