International scholar and community members meet during FFACE reception. Don’t miss this fun opportunity to expose our international visitors to our beautiful city and Richmond’s warm, welcoming community!With more than 200 international visitors coming to campus, summer is a busy time in the Global Education Office. We are currently seeking volunteers to participate in "friendship family days."

The Process

1) GEO will match you with a partner (or partners).

2) You pick them up from campus in the morning (most visitors will not have transportation)

3) Spend the day with them

4) Return them to campus in the evening
