International Student Orientation (ISO)
The Fall 2026 International Student Orientation (ISO) is scheduled for Wednesday, August 12, 2026, beginning at 9 a.m. Please register for ISO before the event date.
ISO is not intended to replace other orientations, including VCU Undergraduate Orientation, ELP Orientation, Graduate Student Orientation, etc. Students should arrange to attend ISO and any of these other relevant orientations. Please see below for details.

Additional Orientation Programs
In addition to the ISO, students admitted to the ELP must attend the ELP Orientation. Please contact geo-elp@vcu.edu for more information.
VCU Orientation is for new undergraduate students, both international and domestic. Please be sure to register for VCU Orientation on a date that does not conflict with the ISO.
The Graduate School and the Graduate Student Association sponsor an orientation to introduce new graduate students to VCU and the city of Richmond. Check the Graduate School website for dates and registration information.
