Cultural Ambassadors
The Cultural Ambassador Program strives to connect students to communities and cultures through both in person and online engagement opportunities. Using an asset based community development framework, Cultural Ambassadors serve to uplift existing strengths to further develop connections between VCU students and those in the local and international communities.
Opportunities may include serving as Global Buddies, tutors in the English Language Program, OMSA Global Ambassadors, Cultural Conversationalists, International Student Support Advisory Board members, volunteers for local community groups and more. We welcome Cultural Ambassadors to develop leadership skills by planning and implementing interactive programming.
